I agree with this article that ALL leaders have to ensure AI "does not happen to people" - they want to get involved in their upskilling, with 83% of workers wanting to take control of their skills development. Three questions that need to be answered:

1. How do we involve workers to be included in AI design

2. How do we keep humans in the loop to prevent jobless #growth

3. In which job is AI our co-worker or when is it our tool?

If AI is seen as a tool or a co-worker, its real impact depends on how people choose to use it – and how organizations choose to change.

We as leaders have to manage this.
