Loomancoaching

Unexpectedly, I received a negative work evaluation. I was suffering from feeling pressured at work, and this led to feeling insecure, both physically as mentally. The coaching sessions really helped!

I became aware of the value of changing my attitude in various situations—with clients and team members, for example. I discovered that I can get more out of conversations, and that I needed to drop the cynicism. I learned how to better prepare myself for meetings and other work situations.
Overall, I feel much better. I couldn’t have imagined a better coaching experience.
